Summary of the Role:


As the Vice President of AI & Data Analytics, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of healthcare. Your mission will be to architect and implement a comprehensive data strategy, leading the development of advanced analytics frameworks and integrating AI technologies to drive business intelligence, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to leverage data insights for the creation of innovative health and wellness solutions while ensuring the ethical use of AI and analytics.



Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the company's growth trajectory, ensuring scalability and adaptability to evolving business needs.


* Serve as a thought leader in data analytics and AI, representing the company at conferences, forums, and in industry publications, showcasing leadership in healthcare innovation.


* Drive the integration of AI technologies across business units to automate processes, improve decision-making, and deliver personalized customer experiences.


* Attract, mentor, and develop a diverse team of data professionals, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and growth.


* Oversee the creation and deployment of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain management.


* Ensure the ethical use of AI and analytics, maintaining the company's commitment to responsible innovation and customer well-being.


* Promote a data-centric culture within the organization, fostering data literacy and empowering teams with self-service analytics tools and training.


* Drive strategic projects leveraging big data and advanced analytics to uncover new business


opportunities and revenue streams.


* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data


analytics and AI initiatives against strategic goals.



Relevant experience:


The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business


Analytics, Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in


business intelligence and data analytics roles. They should demonstrate expertise in designing and


implementing large-scale data analytics and AI projects within the healthcare or pharmaceutical


industries, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact. Experience in


agile project management methodologies and operationalizing AI and analytics solutions is essential.
